We’ll spend one and a half hours together, experiencing some writing exercises designed to explore how we want to focus our attention over the next year. We will talk briefly about the benefits of regular writing and then share some reflective and creative writing exercises together with the hope of starting 2021 with a clearer and more hopeful perspective.
Come prepared to try something new and even start a personal practice of writing for wellbeing. All you need is three different coloured pens and some paper.
