Women’s writing circle – dates TBA

The women’s writing circle is a place where we explore writing as a wellbeing-enhancing activity in the company of other women. We generally meet fortnightly during school term time and connect as women as we engage in self-exploration through creative and expressive writing in a variety of forms and from a variety of prompts. Alongside the writing, there is an opportunity to share what we have written or talk about the themes that emerge. It is not a therapeutic group nor is any previous writing experience necessary. All you need is the ability to access the circle by zoom, a pen and a notebook.

You will try some guided writing exercises and have the opportunity to share in a small group of other women that you will get to know over the time we share together.

Spaces in these circles are limited to between four and six women to allow us to get to know each other well and share our writing in a contained space.

Please contact me on keylifetherapy@gmail.com or 07875 403 188 if you would like to register your interest now for groups going ahead in late 2025 and early 2026.
