A writing for wellbeing workshop
This is a writing workshop to encourage you to explore how you want to focus your attention over the next year.
In this one and a half hour session, we will talk about the benefits of regular writing and share some reflective and creative writing exercises together with the hope of starting a new year with a clearer and more hopeful perspective.
Come prepared to try something new and even start a personal practice of writing for wellbeing.
The cost of this workshop is £20 and spaces are limited to 8 people.
